Why, hello there. I like lists. Everyone like lists! That is a scientific fact. My first post for NetSideBar was my bucket list (things I want to do before I die). Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to cross off anything from there yet. So, in the meantime, I will be making a weekly list for your (but more importantly my) enjoyment.
Once a week I will be bringing you the Top5 things I enjoyed on the internet. It could be a picture, meme, video, cool information/technology, or hell, even another LIST! A list within a list, now we’re talkin! Without further ado, this week’s TOP5 (in no particular order):
1. SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER:
Poor sloths. I wonder if they die slower as well.
2. POINTING OUT HYPOCRITES IS FUN!
I’m allowed to complain because I have never owned an Apple product.
3. FREE BOOKS (REMEMBER BOOKS? THEY HAVE PAGES MADE OF PAPER THAT YOU TURN TO CONTINUE THE STORY)
This is a list of over 100 free (and legal) sites to find books (the classics/textbooks/math and science/children’s books/etc.) to download. Unfortunately…no porn. SAD FACE.
4. VINES! SO MANY!
Vine is a software program that lets you make up to six second video clips. People have been pretty creative. The fad may be over soon but people got their money’s worth out of it. This clip is over 16 minutes of what some Youtube user felt was ‘the best Vines of 2013.’ I’m coming out with a new program that will blow Vine out of the water. It’s genius. It’s software that lets you record for….wait for it….SEVEN seconds. Have a good Vine? Share it in the comments section!
No idea the story behind this…but I love it. To the driver of the steam truck: Well played sir (or madam…don’t want to be sexist).
These were just five random things that I enjoyed and/or though others would enjoy. If you have something you think should make it to my Top5, share it here! See you in a week for the next week’s Top5. Now stop using the internet and do something productive with your life…like take a nap.
** BONUS **
Here’s me dressed as Hitler for a Korean TV show.
Hitler loves Dan’s List. Schindler’s List?….not so much.
